Meal Packaging Event

Sponsored by the Rotary Club of Tarpon Springs - Saturday, February 21st 2026

10:00 AM to 12:00 PM - First United Methodist Church 501 E. Tarpon Ave.Tarpon Springs

Here is another chance to be a part of a worthy cause: Feeding the poor. The food being packaged is for distribution to areas odfamine or natural disaster. Every dehyddrated rice/soy meal is fortified with 21 essential nutrients and vitamins.

The Knights are asking for volunteers for this event. It’s open to spouses, children and grandchildren. Volunteer-T=Shirts will be provided for those volunteers who don’t already have one from the Knights. Knights, please wear your Council Polo shirts.

> The goal is to paxkage 22,500 meals
> The cost of each meal is $0.39 per meal
> The sponsors are looking for at least 100 volunteers as well as financial donations

If you can’t make it in person, even a small $5.00 donation feeds a dozen people. Together we can make a difference. Let’s show Tarpon Springs that the Knights of Columbus are a can-do organization.
